Your privacy is important to us. At Mishi (part of Digital Chorus Limited) we have a few fundamental principles:

• We don’t ask for your personal information unless we truly need it.

• We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

• We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

App Users

At this time Mishi does not collect any information from our App users. Should a user create a review (IOS only), a random ID is stored by Mishi on the user device. This does not provide us with any personal contact information about the user whatsoever. This includes both the Free and Subscription tiers. However the end user must still comply with our Terms of Service in order to use the App.

Website Visitors

Like most websites, Mishi may collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. This is subject to the policies imposed by our Web provider (Wix).

Gathing Of Personal Identifying Information

It is possible that in future releases of the Website and App we may require and/or allow customers to sign-up for an account which will include information such as, but not limited to, name and email. Mishi will only collect such information as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the user's interaction with Mishi. Mishi will not disclose any personally-identifying information other than described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Mishi may disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know the information in order to process it on Mishi’s behalf or to provide services available on Mishi, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Mishi, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Mishi will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above. Mishi may disclose potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when Mishi believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Mishi, third parties or the public at large. If you have supplied your email address, Mishi may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Mishi. We primarily use our various blogs and social media accounts to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via support@getmishi.com or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Mishi takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
